William Woods University (Fulton, MO) is seeking a qualified head coach to lead the athletics department in the creation of a women's and men's tennis program. This full-time, 10 month position, will be responsible for all aspects of team coaching, academic progress, recruiting and retention of student-athletes, budgeting, fundraising and other related activities. Candidates must ensure compliance with William Woods, the American Midwest Conference (AMC) and NAIA policies and regulations.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. A Master's degree is preferred. Candidates must have tennis coaching experience at the college level and a proven record of collegiate athletic recruiting.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation. A review of applications will begin immediately.
Recruitment will take place during the 2014-15 academic year. Competition will begin in the fall of 2015.
