The starting salary is $38,000 annually ($18.

After a successful training period, employees may receive up to a $2,000 annual salary increase, at the discretion of the 911 Director.
Job Duties:
Receives and processes 911 calls, including both emergency and non-emergency calls for Police, Fire, and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
Determines the appropriate call types and course of action based on the nature of the calls.
Receives incident reports, including emergency calls through 911, and simultaneously enter information into the computer-aided dispatch system.
Operates public safety dispatching equipment for multiple jurisdictions and agencies.
This is an entry level position.
Paid training is provided.
