Delivery Technician

We have 5 stores located in Mid-Missouri and are looking for career minded individuals who want to succeed and join our winning team!The individual in this position will be a very visible person in the community as they will be in the field on deliveries regularly.
Therefore it is extremely important that they operate our delivery vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
They are also the last contact we have with our customer and the impression the delivery driver leaves at the customer's house plays a vital role in the customer's satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Properly loading and securing merchandise on delivery vehicleSafely driving delivery vehicleProperly installing and demonstrating the product to the customer in their homeClean and certify merchandise in the backroomMaintain the store's backroom warehouse in a neat and orderly mannerEnsure that delivery schedule is followed and route sheets are properly filled outConfirm customer identification, explain lease agreement, collect money, and obtain customer's signature on lease agreementAssist with showroom display and marketing efforts in the fieldVerify correct merchandise and accessories for deliveryREQUIREMENTS:
Good communication and interpersonal skillsMinimum high school diplomaMust be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and have a good driving recordMust be at least 18 years of agePosition routinely requires lifting, loading, and using a dolly for merchandiseProfessional and neat appearanceStrong technical skills or working knowledge of appliances & electronics
