If you have an outgoing and cheerful personality, positive attitude, and enjoy working in a fun team environment, we are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Digital Banker/Digital Banker for our Customer Care Team located in Fulton, MO.
This position is Monday through Friday, 8:
30 AM to 5:
00 PM.
Salary commensurate with experience.
The Digital Banker displays a genuine desire to assist our clients and has the ability to decipher the client's needs, offering them the bet solution in conjunction with providing friendly, high-touch quality service while tailoring to our client's individual needs including but not limited to maintaining relationships.
The Digital Banker handles client and bank personnel inquiries by telephone, email, chat and video chat.
Inquiries include but are not limited to the status of accounts, statements, disputes, charges, interest, bill payments, debit cards, payroll cards, troubleshooting mobile and online banking issues, etc.
Having 1-2 years' banking or other financial services experience and/or education is helpful, but we are willing and prepared to train the right person.
QualificationsAssociate degree with coursework in basic accounting or financial services is preferred.
2 - 4 years of customer service related and sales oriented, banking and or financial experience is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
